Hi, I’m Rita.
I’m the person behind Secret Events Algarve. I like making things and being there when people get to enjoy them.
Little by little.
In 2014 I started decorating small wedding ceremonies, alongside my work in event catering. Over the years I began doing more, including work for other event companies. In 2019 I started my own project, Secret Events Algarve.
Today I arrange proposals, picnics, experiences and ceremonies. I start by listening to what you want, then we work out the rest.
Everyone deserves a special day.
Life gets busy. Between phones, social media and all the information coming at us, it can be hard to stop, relax and enjoy something different. I want to make space for that.
I love meeting people, connecting with them and making them feel special. I love listening to what they wish for, hearing how they imagine their dream day and, step by step, making it happen. That’s why I love what I do.
Every couple and family is welcome. I work mainly between Lagos and Sagres, and can consider other places in the Algarve too.
